Women in Philanthropy unites women across the Valley to raise meaningful support for the children and families who need it most — through collective giving, signature events, and hands-on service.
Who We Serve
Women in Philanthropy (WIP) is a Phoenix-based 501(c)(4) fundraising organization founded on the belief that when women come together with shared purpose, extraordinary things happen for the children in their community.
Through collective giving, signature fundraising events, and direct volunteer service, our members translate commitment into measurable change — every dollar raised and every hour volunteered goes directly toward bettering the lives of children throughout the Valley.
"Women in Philanthropy was built on the belief that when women come together with a shared purpose, extraordinary things happen for the children in our community."

How We Give Back
Every WIP member commits to both financial giving and hands-on service. Real impact requires both resources and presence.
Alongside our executive board, our Board of Advisors brings the wisdom of Phoenix’s most experienced nonprofit leaders: executives who have dedicated their careers to serving this Valley and who are committed to ensuring Women In Philanthropy makes its mark from day one.
We are built by leaders. Guided by experts. And driven by purpose.
Each member pledges to raise $5,000 annually in support of our beneficiary children’s charities. Together, our members pool their networks, energy, and resources to fund programs that make a direct, measurable difference in children’s lives across the Phoenix metro area.
Members contribute 25 volunteer hours each year alongside our beneficiary partners and at WIP signature events. Service keeps life in perspective — and our members show up not just as donors, but as advocates who roll up their sleeves alongside the organizations they support.
Our curated calendar of fundraising events brings the Phoenix community together around the causes that matter most. WIP events are designed to inspire giving, deepen connections between members, and spotlight the transformative work our beneficiary partners do every day.
Who We Serve
WIP members direct their collective giving and volunteer hours to carefully selected Phoenix-area children’s charities whose work creates lasting, meaningful change in our community.
Service in Action
Volunteering alongside our beneficiary partners gives our members a front-row seat to the work their dollars fund, and a deeper connection to the children their generosity serves.
"Volunteering with children helps to keep life in perspective. I always leave a volunteering event feeling better than I did when I arrived."
