Women In Philanthropy is Phoenix’s premier philanthropic women’s organization — built by exceptional women who give boldly, lead with integrity, and show up for their community. Through the For the Kids Foundation, our 501(c)(3) charitable arm, we turn collective passion into real impact for children and families across the Valley. Our mission is simple: raise the standard of giving back, develop the next generation of philanthropic leaders, and make sure every dollar we raise changes a life.
Mission
Women In Philanthropy unites exceptional women in the greater Phoenix community through a shared commitment to charitable giving, philanthropic leadership, and collective impact, raising the standard of what it means to give back. We exist to build a community of women who give boldly, lead with integrity, and create lasting change for children and families across the Phoenix Valley through the For the Kids Foundation.
Executive Board
Women In Philanthropy was founded by women who know what it means to lead; in the boardroom, in their communities, and in their lives. Our founding executive board brings together accomplished professionals from across the Phoenix metropolitan area who chose to channel their expertise, networks, and passion into something bigger than themselves.
Alongside our executive board, our Board of Advisors brings the wisdom of Phoenix’s most experienced nonprofit leaders: executives who have dedicated their careers to serving this Valley and who are committed to ensuring Women In Philanthropy makes its mark from day one.
